Nayarit Timeshare Scams

Buyers beware of Nayarit timeshare scams.  They promise something like this picture but have you already showed up to something much different?

We’ve all been to these types of timeshare meetings: they claim you will get a beautiful property in Nayarit for a few weeks out of the year, and it’s at a great price. But then you have to sign all sorts of contracts, and maybe you didn’t even get to see the property. It’s amazing how they try to mess with you with the free dinners, and a lot more shady stuff. Some of these companies even hire plants to be in with you in the meeting, the sad truth is they sit there and attend every meeting secretly. This is to build your confidence and get you to buy something you don’t even want. It’s very hard to get out of a timeshare like this, because of the fact that you signed a contract.  Find out more right here.

Is this what you've been promised?  But you probably didn't get anything like that!

There are businesses out there that specifically help people like you get out of their timeshare, or sell their vacation. It may not seem like a vacation at all now that you spendmost of your time worrying about how much it will cost or if it’s even going to be there, or what they promised. The biggest problem with timeshares and the biggest red flag is the fact that they don’t even show you the timeshare in person, it is usually photographs or word of mouth. You should be able to see by now how this is a total scam.

I hate my timeshare!

It can be really, really frustrating reading this because you may just have realized that you are the victim of a timeshare scam. Maybe they didn’t tell you about the hidden costs, or you show up and it’s nothing like the picture. Or maybe the timeshare doesn’t even exist. For all of these cases, there are businesses out there to help you sell off your timeshare. There is also advice I’ve found on the internet on how to help you sell your Nayarit timeshare.

Life is hard enough, and it’s even worse when you can’t even get a vacation you paid for. The catch 22 of vacations is that you have to do work to even have a vacation, and by the time the entire thing is over, you aren’t enjoying yourself before, during, or after the vacation. The whole thing seems like a scam and a complete waste of time, but even if you are reading this and feeling that you are a victim, you still have a way out because there are businesses that will help you out of this situation. It’s really sad that there’s an entire industry based around scamming people who just want to have a fun vacation, but that is the reality of it. The good news is that there is an entire sub industry dedicated to fixing these problems with these scams.
